The coronavirus pandemic that caused Covid-19 not only affected the global economy but also had a positive impact on the global environment. When China declared lockdown due to the widespread distribution of the coronavirus, satellite imagery showed pollution levels that had dropped dramatically in China at that time. Astronomers show a decrease in nitrogen dioxide emissions in the European sky. Using the Tropomi instrument on the Copernicus Sentinel-5P satellite, astronomers took pictures of the Earth's surface taken from January 1 to March 11, 2020. The picture shows a decrease in nitrogen dioxide, namely exhaust emissions from motor vehicles and industrial smoke, which dropped dramatically.

Nevertheless, these preliminary figures indicate the coronavirus pandemic as a global health disaster is an opportunity to assess. One of them is which aspects of modern life are absolutely necessary. In addition, what positive changes might occur if we change habits on a global scale after the magnitude of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic that caused this Covid-19.
